With programs developed in consultation with Western Sydney University, our new BCAC Wellness Centre launches with state-of-the-art equipment from HUR Australia – world leaders in seniors fitness.

Whether you want to improve your health, need to lose weight, or are suffering from an injury and need rehabilitation, our qualified team will tailor a program to suit your needs.
The Wellness Centre is available for senior members of the community. You can enjoy the benefits of a membership, or visit on a casual basis. If you have government funded Home Care or an NDIS Package, your funds may be used to purchase all the services that the Wellness Centre offers.
